For the sixth year in a row, CSforALL is excited to announce the opening of the 2022 CSforALL Call for Commitments for organizations around the globe. CSforALL welcomes all stakeholders (nonprofits, corporations, school districts, universities, and more) to make a CSforALL Commitment which are new, specific, and measurable actions taken by community organizations in support of achieving the ultimate goal of computer science education for all students. Since 2017, the CSforALL Community has publicly announced 941 Commitments by 746 organizations that vary from workshops, computer science courses, coding lessons to electronic devices. These Commitments continue to give stakeholders the opportunity for new partnerships, innovative approaches, and national recognition. Commitments are announced annually at the national CSforALL Summit. This year, the 2022 CSforALL Summit will be held October 19 - 21 in Memphis, Tennessee.

What’s a Commitment?

#CSforALL commitments are new, specific, and measurable actions aimed at advancing the goal of rigorous and inclusive computer science education for all US youth, and are designed to grow support and momentum for a sustainable K-12 computer science education system in and out of school.

Making a commitment gives organizations an opportunity to announce a new CS effort on a national stage which can be leveraged to bring new partners to the table, increase impact, and grow the footprint of engaged stakeholders.
